The demo data already includes orders in every one of these stages, so you can see all of them without doing anything.
Browses fresh seafood from suppliers on the Menu page, adds items to cart, and checks out — can even order from multiple suppliers in one cart.
Order lands with the supplier as Pending. Tracks progress live from My Orders.
New order appears instantly on the Supplier Dashboard. Confirming moves it to Preparing.
Once packed, the supplier marks it Ready for Pickup — this is what makes it visible to riders.
Ready orders show up on the Job Board. Any available rider accepts one, moving it to Picked Up then Delivering.
Rider, restaurant and supplier can message each other in-app about the order the whole way through.
Delivery is confirmed with a photo, marking the order Delivered.
The Admin Console shows every user, order and its status across all three roles, plus platform settings like rider commission.
No setup needed — every account below already has real-looking sample data.
